This page explains what information HK Bygg AS collects through this website, why, and what rights you have.
Data controller

The contact form
When you submit the contact form we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (if given) and message, together with the time, your IP address and the page the form was sent from.
Purpose: answering your enquiry and following up a possible job. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract) and 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Using the form is voluntary – you can also call or e-mail us.
Retention: the enquiry is delivered as an e-mail to post@hkbygg.as and kept in our e-mail system for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry or job, and deleted at the latest two years after the matter is closed, unless accounting law requires longer retention.
Processors
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online) – e-mail and storage, within the EU.
- Microsoft Azure – hosting of the website and the form endpoint.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) – automatic check that the sender is not a bot; processes your IP address and browser information when you submit the form.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it beyond this.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies for tracking, marketing or analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to or request restriction of the processing. E-mail post@hkbygg.as and we will respond without undue delay. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
